Tutoring policies

Cancellation policy

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are charged at the full session rate. First-time courtesy: the first late cancellation in our working relationship is forgiven; after that it applies to every subsequent late cancellation. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are never charged — please give as much notice as you reasonably can.

Payment terms

Invoices are due 15 days from issue date. Unpaid balances after that incur a $5/day late fee until the invoice is settled (accruals appear automatically on the next invoice). Reach out any time if a hardship comes up — we'll work something out before fees stack up.
